You won't find it here, I fear. And in any case, with this vague a
description, I doubt you'll find what you need anywhere. Please pick a more
topical newsgroup (there ARE Windows 98 newsgroups on the Microsoft servers)
and consider phrasing your request to include more details on what need
you're trying to fill.
