Restore deleted wmv

I need to restore a deleted wmv file for my movie to work because I didnt
realise that the clips wouldnt work without the media player file. So, Im in
a bit of a pickle here. Anyone no if this is possible? I emptied the recycle
bin so Im afraid that the computer has used the file already but I ave not
yet defragged. I ran an undelete program in vain so I am really stuck now.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you ran an undete app and it couldn't find it I'm afraid it has been
overwrtten and it will only be recoverable by sending to a specialist which
will cost a fortune. Can you recapture the piece?
