restore deleted page in folder

I have accedientally deleted one page from my webiste folder in frontpage.
How to restore it
 
Is a copy of the page on the server? or do you have a backup of the website?
Use remote site view to retrieve the page from the server, or restore from
the backup.
If neither of these are available, you have lost the page. FrontPage does
not use the recycle bin.
