restore deleted field values from tables

I have deleted the phone numbers from all my customer records in an Access database (v2002) but
the database has not been purged and compact yet. Does anyone know how can I restore these values from the phone
number filed
(e-mail address removed)
 
You can't restore deleted records. Only chance is that you
have backup from your database.
