Restore CD Replies Were Great!

Thanks to all of you who replied to my question of 10/30 about the Restore
CD. I am new to Vista and I will probably be annoying you all in the near
future with more questions. I am ( so far ) not too impressed with this
Vista software but its still early in the game. I have only been in the PC
game since Windows 98 so I am still green. Thanks again for your polite,
professional, and speedy replies. TJ ---a.k.a. Whitey

PS To the guy who suggested I call Dell... My last PC was an HP and once I
called for tech help and it automatically transferred me to some gentleman
in India. Although he solved my problem it was a miracle I could understand
his thick accent. It was like conversing to the 7-11 clerk on The Simpsons
but worse! ( And I am not in any way slamming the Indian people ) !

That can be a problem for us all. Unfortunately, support is seen as
non-productive and countries in the West are only too pleased to dump it on
the cheapest bidder..
