This is usually caused by a forms cache corruption. Use the following steps
to resolve the problem.
1. In Outlook, go to Tools and choose Options.
2. Choose the Other tab.
3. Click Advanced Options
4. Click Custom Forms
5. Click Manage Forms
6. Click Clear Cache.

I am having the same problem, I was not able to restore business contact as
it should be. After cllicking on Clear cache should I exit the window or
should I do something else?
Sometimes I find I need to click the Clear Cache button a couple of times in
a row. then just click Close and Ok until you're back at the main window.
