restore AD from BC domain controller

I need to replicate my AD from a back up domain
controller to a new master domain controller. The problem
I have is getting the trust reconfigured. Can some one
point me in the right direction please?
 
If these two machines are in the same domain and dns etc is configured
properly, normal replication should update the second dc, so not sure what
you mean exactly by "getting the trust configured" as you shouldn't need to
do anything with trust/s. You can use the utiity netdom with resetpwd to
reset a dc secure channel, but not clear on exactly what you're running into
here and what we're trying to do. Please post a bit more on that and what
errors/events you're seeing in regards to the problem.
