Restore active directory

We have 3 servers with FSMO roles: one is schema and
domain naming master, the second - pdc emulator, the
third - infrastructure and rid master.
Assume that the whole directory was destroyed and we need
to rebuild from scratch via backup tapes. What would be
the proper procedure to restore active directory and all
servers.

Archi,

I might suggest that the DC that holds the PDC Emulator role should also
hold the RID Master role.

Indeed what Cary says about PDC and RID FSMO roles, Also if Exchange exist
in your environment. Exchange should be at the same site as the server
holding the two FMSO roles above.
