Windows XP is running fine when someone is sitting at the
machine using it. When we walk away from it for a few
moments and it goes into the screensaver, it will restart
from screensaver mode about every 10-20 minutes. I have
disabled the screensaver and it still restarts every 10 to
20 minutes if someone is not right there computing.

I have installed all of the latest critical updates, I
have done a complete virus scan. I have enabled the
firewall feature as well. I am running FAT 32 and not
NTFS but this is getting incredibly frustrating.

There are several suggestions here:

perhaps one of them will help.
