Restart when system is Lock, how?

hi
i want choose RESTART when my system is LOCK.
how i can do that?
because when systen is Locked i cant choose anything without UnLock.

Unlock the system first.

i want system restart and still lock.
becuse i want user make restart without unlock system.
 
even than you should still set something in the power control to force
system shutdown or restart instead of the brute power down.
 
Not happening without editing group policy--see my reply in the other
newsgroup.

Shutdown: Allows you to shut down or restart a local or remote computer.
Used without parameters, shutdown will logoff the current user.

no it won't--I just tested it against Pro SP2 as I am currently using RD to
work the groups.

you can use "shutdown -r" to restart the pc remotely.
