Restart Unexpectedly

I have my PC installed with windows xp sp2, it is working
fine after that.

The problem occur when I surf the internet and then the
next day, when I start my PC, it just can't enter into the
windows. It load until the screen where it showing the
window logo with black background.

It just continue restarting everytime it reaches that
screen.

Can anyone pls help me out on this? Is this a bug of SP2?

As SP2 is only in beta, then yes, probably.
