My title page is Section 1, with no numbering. No problem.
My 4 contents pages are in Section 2. I set this up for small-case roman
numerals starting with page i, but it insists on starting with ii.
My remaining pages are in Section 3. I set this up for regular numbers
starting with page 1, but it insists on starting with 2.
I am not linking the footers to the previous sections, and not continuing
from previous sections.
