Hello,

I have a report of Household address with all the family members data. For
update purpose I just run this report and print it.

My question is since the page number is going on forward. How can I make it
to have a group of page for one house hold. For example for Household Mr. X,
since he has 4 children it can have 2 pages. so fot his report it the page
will show 1 of 2, then 2 of 2.

I do not know how to say it in English but what I meant is for each
household/family will be 1 report.

Thanks for any idea.

Frank

Thanks Gina for your quick response, but is it applicable for my case.
Because actually there is no group in my report, Wht I have is when I linked
Address table with the member table, and then in the report which functions
as letter it will take more than 1 page for a family.

So there is no group, but 1 record of query could takes many pages.

Thanks in advance

Frank,

Misread that... then why not apply Sortings and Groupings (available in
design view of the report)? You can group on family and put a page break in
the footer which would give you one family per grouping and each family
would start at the top of a fresh page.
