I can start normally but when I am running windows and try
to do a restart either called by a program or by selecting
Turnoff Computer then restart it will not restart, I have
to hit the restart button on my computer or turn it off
and restart. When windows shutsdown the Monitor goes to
stand by, Mag monitor green on light goes to flashing red
and when I turn it on I get the Test screen and the
message to check my connections.
