Response form in a slide

Hi

I had a quick search and couldn't find anything...

Is it possible to create a slide with a form on it that submits the details
to a web server...

something like ... Name, Address, Phone..etc... the web server script that
is called would be something like this

http:/www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/formmailer.php?Name=AAAAA&Address=AAAAA&Phone=98459384

Hope you get the idea... I suspect this is a job for VBA ?

Perhaps not; Shyam Pillai has a very useful addin that allows you to embed a web
browser in a PPT slide. The web browser could be set to display a normal web page with
your form and a submit button, I suspect.
