Responding to Meeting Request

I have a user, that when he sends out a meeting request, users respond (yes
or no) they get a response that a message was undeliverable. The user who
sent the meeting request gets the answers, but it looks as though one time he
had a delegate and that person is no longer here. What can be done to fix
this?

It's really annoying to the users who are responding, they think their
reponse is not being delivered.

Since you made this a new post instead of a reply to a prior post, no one
has any idea what the "same exact issue" is.
