Can anyone offer a clear explanation to resolve the following scenario:
I book a conference room(resource) and I am thus the meeting organizer but
have no intention of attending the meeting. I then book a separate meeting
during the same time slot in another room that I want to attend and am
considered a required attendee.
Q: I get notification that there is a conflict - can I still accept the
meeting that I want to attend?
Q: Will others receive notification of the meeting?
