Okay, we have set up several mailboxes on our Exchange 2003 server to
represent various conference rooms. We now add those accounts to meeting
requests as resources. This works great.

The problem comes with browsing the calendars for these resources. It would
be a lot easier for the users to find these calendars if they were availble
in a public folder as opposed to having to use File | Open | Other User's
Folder. Is there any way this "linking" can be accomplished?

Add the calendar folders to the Public Folder Favorites and the users can
open them from the Open Shared Calendars function.

Can they also simply dig down through the public folder tree to get to them?
Because that's how they're used to doing it.

Yes, they can but adding the ones they want to frequently query to the
Public Folder Favorites gives them the more immediate access to the
calendars via that shortcut.
