Hello NG

I created two resources (meetingroom1 and meetingroom2)
For each of these resources i have set the autoresponce on incomming
requests, and everthing works just fine.

I works as long as i sit within the domaine, but from an outside email
account the resources don't auto reply (accept or deline) the request. Is
there some settings i am missing or can't OL do that?

Kind regards.

Hej Diane

Though the Default and Anonymous i'll' think. The settings is set to editor
for both of these acounts.
The list of users to set permissions is users from the global address lis -
right. And when i create e-mail acounts i can't store them in the global
address list.

Kind regards

Johnny Jensen

Hey (once again)

I just got it to work. BUT

On a client i logged into the resource account - startet the outlook.
checkking the permissions.
Then on a workstation (not within the domaine) I planned a meeting.
I set the meeting to invite a user and the above resource.
Of course - with the user i had to remote that client to accept the
invitation. This was sent back to me.
And after about 10min i got the responce from the resource.

So, if the recource outlook account is online the request is returned to
sender, but if the outlook account is offline the request is not sent back
to sender. Could this be an isue within the Exchange server?

Thanks for taking you time with this.

Kind regards

Johnny Jensen

Are Resource 1 and 2 mailboxes on the server? Are they configured to
AutoAccept responses? If so, it should work offline.

Hello

Yes both is configured with AutoAccept responces.
It does work -.but only when the actual resource is logged into its outlook
account.

I configured the auto accept responces by logging into the resources outlook
account, in tools/options and in calender options and resource scheduling..

Do i have to do something in Exchange?

Kind regards
