Resource scheduling in Calendar

I want to set up various meeting rooms as a resource in Outlook so that
everyone can see whether a room is available and at what times. I also want
a small number of people to be able to enter bookings into the resourse
calendar. If possible to have each room as a seperate rescource but all
showing on the same calendar. Attached to each room are a number of sub
resources which may or may not be booked with the room resource.

I would like to be able to see the resources either all together or as
individule calendars.

It would also be helpful if each room resource could be colour coded for
ease of viewing.

We use Exchange 2003and outlook 2000
