I have setup 2 of our conference rooms in Outlook. When viewing the Rooms in
Outlook, is it possible to show who has the rooms booked?

If your clients are using the "Make a Meeting" method of booking
then open the appointment and they will be the "Organizer" at the top.

If they are simply writing directly to the calendar, you will have to set
up a custom view to see who the "Organizer" is. See below for info:

Open the Calendar
Select the VIEW menu
Select CURRENT VIEW
Select DEFINE VIEWS
Highlight the BY CATEGORY VIEW and
click the COPY... button
Name the view something like (View Organizer)
Select THIS FOLDER VISIBLE TO EVERYONE
so that others will be able to use this view also.
Click OK
Click FIELDS...

Near the bottom of the "Show Fields" window is
a box titled "Select available fields from:", Click the
arrow next to it and select "ALL APPOINTMENT
FIELDS".

Now in the Available fields box select ORGANIZER
and click the ADD button.
Move the field to the top of the list to have it be the first
field shown in your view.
Click OK
Click OK again
Click the APPLY VIEW button

Now you will see the name of the person who was the
originator (or Organizer) of the appointment.

Use the VIEW menu to change the view on this folder
as you need it.
