Hi,
I am using Outlook with Exchange at work, but we have a strange problem
there.
All of our meeting rooms have an exchange account, so we can "invite" them
for meetings (as the resource location). This is working well, except for
one meeting room: some people can not reserve this room (error: can not find
resource), but others can.
When I login with the Active Directory account of this meeting room, I check
the delegation settings, which are set to "none". Also the
properties/permission of the calendar are set to "none". I don't understand
how some people can still use it!
Also: our secretary has the meeting room mailbox added to her outlook, and
she can see the calendar. She can use read the inbox of this meeting room,
which is weird because (see above) all permissions and delegation are set to
"none" (also the inbox).
Can someone please help us? We have to find a way so all users can use this
meeting room. Thanks!
Maybe resources have a separate settings?
