How can I get to the resource meter in WinsXP. I know it's there
somewhere but I can't remember how to acces it. Thanks.

Three finger salute (ctrl/alt/del) to open Task manager,
click the performance tab.

If you're talking about the way Windows 95/98/Me measured "System
Resources," there isn't a resource meter, because Windows XP
doesn't have System Resources. That term referred to a structure
in 95/98/Me that doesn't exist in XP. That's one of XP's big
advantages. There's no longer such a thing to run out of, so
there's nothing to measure and nothing to be concerned with.
