I get this message when trying to install donet resource kit.
Event views for applications shows:
The description for Event ID ( 11001 ) in Source ( MsiInstaller ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or
message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following
information is part of the event: Product: Visual Basic .NET Resource Kit --
Error 1001. Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
Cannot create Virtual Directory VB.NETResourceKit at C:\Program Files\Visual
Basic .NET Resource Kit\Application, (NULL), (NULL), (NULL), (NULL), (NULL),
(NULL).
