Resource for finding xpe developers?

Can anybody point me to resources that would help me find an independent
developer that is experienced with XPe?

Developer for what?
 
One option is to try one of the "windows embedded partners" that perform
these types of services. From this link you can locate the nearest to you
and by category of partner.

If that doesn't suit, then if you can provide a little more detail on the
project, there are consultants and Microsoft MVPs that participate in this
NG that may contact you offline.

Lastly, if you still have trouble, contact me through the 'contact' link on
our blog below and I will ask my MVPs that are independent to see if they
are interested or have references I can send you.
