I just reprogramed my computer with a disc for XP, now my screen is 640 by
480 pixels and 16 bits. I cant do anything on display to increase pixel and
the properties is greyed out, I was wondering what drivers I need to install,
and how I need to do this and where I can find the drivers to install. I do
not know what the card thing is that w=everyone keeps saying I need, Im kind
of computer illterate.

Since I can't see inside your PC's case from here, and since you've
failed to list the specific components (to include make/model) of your
PC, we can answer only in the most general terms. You need the specific
WinXP-compatible drivers provided by the manufacturers of all of the
computer's components. These could include, but are not limited to:

Motherboard Chipset drivers
*Video drivers* - to answer your immediate question
Sound Card drivers
Network Adapter Driver
IDE drivers
Modem drivers, which you say you already have
Mouse drivers, if you've a non-standard mouse
USB bus drivers
