Resolution Problems

We are on a Windows 2003 AD domain, using 2 Windows 2003 DNS servers and 2
RRAS servers (one primary, one for backup). Both VPN servers work just fine,
but from certain machines on a regular basis resolution problems are
consistent. For instance, I just setup a user on their home machine
yesterday and it worked fine, open outlook and it resolves the exchange
server perfectly. I disconnected it, reconnected it, it resolved the
exchange server and the LCS server without a problem everytime (this is true
of most systems setup remotely). But from a few systems, 2 I know of right
now, my own being one of them, VPN connects then it can't resolve anything.
Sometimes this lasts for a few minutes then it starts resolving okay,
sometimes it works off the bat first try then stops resolving later and no
portion of the connection has changed or the system etc.

Anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Thanks

Scott

sounds like name resolution issue. have you tried to use nslookup to check the DNS status?
