I scanned an A4 sheet at 300 dpi and compared it with a copy obtained by a
photocopier and noticed that this one is better than the one scanned. Now
what is currently the resolution obtained by a photocopier?

Around 200 dpi and B&W.

How are you comparing the copies?

If they are both printed, how were they printed?

If the photocopier uses a laser based printer and you printed a copy
using an inkjet , that is the difference.

I think you're right, now what resolution must I print with my inkjet to
meet the quality of the photocopier, assuming B-W?
