Resizing windows in Explorer

Hello how come when i click on links the new window
opens to full size on one of my computers but on another
the new windows open up to half size?? How doI get them
to remain opening up to full size? Thankyou

Do not use the maximize button. Grab the corners of the window and drag it
to full screen size. Close the program and when you open it, Windows will
remember the last screen size used.
