Resizing windows headache

Hi,

If I'm on a webpage and I right click/open in new window - the new window
opens up but at only half the size of my monitor, it doesnt matter what I
do - hit the maximize button or drag it to full screen it just wont stick !
and the next time I right click its still only half the size......please can
someone help me get the windows full screen size.

When you drag it to it's correct size, you should click on File/Close to
preserve the setting, not the X in the upper right-hand corner. It should
stay that way.
