resizing thumbnails at once? a redo

I have auto thumb nailed a large # of photos.
Is there any easy way of resizing the thumbnails at once?
I just want to set the height to 200 for all.

I use a program called smart saver pro from www.ulead.com there is a free
trial of it. it'll take a folder full of pictures and optimize them for the
web and simultaneously make thumbnails of them.

You should re-thumbnail your large images rather than trying to up-size the
existing thumbnails.
