Resizing Thumbnail (pictures) Question

Hello,

Is there a program that is easy to use when trying to make thumbnails
(batch processing) the same size. I have tried IrFanView and XnView
but cannot find a way to do it. I was wondering if there was a free
program that would accomplish just this one task in an easy way.

I don't know if Easy Thumbnails will do what you want:

Great suggestion for me !
it's the concrete software i search for some weeks !
contextual menu launching without GUI, huge command line options to modify
the context-menu entries, not only resize, but rotate and picture
adjustements, prefix ant others options. cool.
