Resizing Pictures with no Pictures

I have attached JPEG files to a table. Some fields will be have no data in
them. When I include the pictures in a report I would like the object box to
"disapear" if the there is no data. Meaning the gap is gone between the text.
 
Check in the picture box properties to see if there is a suppress and/or
null property.
