resizing partitions ?

How can I resize my primary partition that has system
and everything else, without re-installing and backing up
all data??

What's the largest partition size with XP NTFS?

If I have to re-install, update, modify, XP in order to
increase primary partition size will I need a new
authorization???

For FAT32 its 32Gb, for NTFS, its around 4TB (4 Terabytes)
