RESIZING in Picture It!

XP Home Ed: Project, collage. Imported photo onto canvass
but Resize to reduce is not effective for proportion and
Resize Image is impossible even if I knew what size "cm's"
are--and do not work! How can I install old Microsoft Home
Publishing 2000 disk for WIN 98SE that has the frame with
9 little squares that can be moved to porpotion photo size?

Which version of Picture It! are you using?

Microsoft Home Publishing 2000 will run on Windows XP.
