Resizing fields in design view

Hello: I am printing a tabular report on a list of names. The tabular report
has five fields. The five columns are too wide to print on one page. In
design view I did click and drag to reduce the width of the columns, It's too
tedious and takes too much time and still takes up two pages. What am I
missing here? Thank You much.

Bob,
Have you tried landscape?
Reduce the margins to your printer's smallest value. In Page Setup set all the margins
to 0. Your printer's smallest margin values will override that 0 with it's smallest
possible value.
How about CanGrow = True That would allow long strings values to expand vertically and
still be readable?
Or, a condensed font such as 8 point Arial Narrow?

Another trick is to concatenate the five fields into 1, so any possible "slack" is
weeded out. One field with...
= [FirstName] & " " & [LastName] & " " & [City] & ", " & [State] & " " & [Zip]

I found that a bit odd. To change the width of five fields and realign them
horizontally should take about 1 minute or less.
