resizing address bar

I am unable to resize the address bar in ie 6. Also, the
links button cannot be moved. Appreciate any help because
it is very user-unfriendly as it is. Thank you,

What happens when you try?
Did you ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars?
