Resizing active partition

I have a partition which is 20Gb that I want to make 2x10Gb (split in the
middle, ending up with 2 different drive letters).
The 20gb partition has data inside which I want to keep.

Is there a way of doing it through windows 2000 server tools?

Not that I know of. You need Partition Magic by PowerQuest
