resize web windows

i have ie6 and when i click to view a web site the
following window si very small. how can i resize the
window to normal?
 
First, *close all other windows*. Now, grab the corners of the window
and drag it to full screen size. Close the window using File>Close,
or File>Exit depending what program you're in. Windows will remember
the last screen size used the next time you open the program.
 
Another option which I've had more success with, drag to full size, the
close by holding down Ctrl & clicking the 'Close' (X), then re-open.
