Resize screen for PPT presentations ?

Is there a way to view a PPT presentation but not in full screen mode ? In
other words, normally when we view a PPT it takes-up the entire screen
(including taskbar, etc...). But ideally we would like to be able to view a
PPT presentation in presentation mode without the modification bars, view
bars, etc... (ie just the presentation) but also be able to open up another
PPT presentation or Excel spreadsheet and simultaneously view and present
that on the screen.

TIA ...

p.s. In PPT 2003 when can get it show in a resizable window, but in Office
PPT 2007 we can not figure out how to do that - it always shows in full
screen mode only.

The screen is resized and controlled just like in Office 2003 except you
need to find the settings on the ribbon bar. Look in Slide Show, Set up
Slide Show, Browsed by an individual (in a window). To get it to shrink
down to window size you need to ensure that you are in window mode (click
the icon between the _ and X in the upper right corner, or in other words
the Restore down icon.) Once done you should be able to resize to your
heart's content.

Perfect, thanks !
