Resize Form for Each User

Is there a way to automatically size a form for each
individual user? My group has widely divergent screen
display sizes. The ones who like their icons huge can't
see the entire form. I've tried to work in the smallest
area possible but I find it hard to get used to.

There are various solutions for resizing forms at runtime, depending on the
current PC's resolution.

"shrinkerstretcher" springs to mind.

Do some web searches on things like "form resizing" - you should be able to
find something.
