Resize Browser Window to Full Screen Size When It Loads

When IE is started from certain programs or links it does
not maximize and nothing will get it to it seems. For
example, when you click on Start/Windows Update, it opens
up explorer but not maximized and has to be manually
maximized.
 
Make Internet Explorer open Maximized.

1. After Internet Explorer opens.
2. Drag the sides to cover the screen or as big as you like it. Do Not use
the Maximize button in the upper right corner.
3. Close all Internet Explorer Windows but let the window you resized be
last.

Note: This should also work with Outlook Express.
