Resinstalling Windows Mail

I bought a laptop with Vista and Windows mail. However, Windows Mail dll
program is corrupt and I will like to reinstall. My disks do not have a
feature that allows me to reinstall individual windows programs - such
as mail. Is there anywhere else I can download the installation from ?
