Resetting Toolbars

I have a user who has customized her toolbars in word, so now when I try and tell her how to reset them to the original defaults, the Reset button won't work. Is there any other way to reset the defaults

When she has resolved the problem using the methods indicated by Greg, may I
suggest you tell her to create a personal toolbar or toolbars to hold her
customizations. http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm will help her do
this.
