Resetting the software

I'm hoping that the final version
will allow the user to reset the scanning
results, e.g. number of threats detected,
number of scans, etc., back to zero.

There are 2 options...
Go to Scan History...
From that page you can delete the scanning history or you
can truncate the scanning history.

Yes that is what I thought, but after doing either or both
of those, the Quick stats does not update: for example, in
my case it still says

Total spyware scans run: 20
Total spyware detected: 7

(btw these were false positives in the earlier definitions)

The scan history correctly shows just the one most recent
scan.

Sorry about that...you're right. My quick stats data
doesn't change either. I was going by what the quick help
guide was saying, namely that some statistics would be
lost.
I'll let you know if I find a solution, although it could
be one of the little bugs in the program.
