Hello,
I have Outlook 2000 installed.
I would like to erase all data and reset it so I can then start using it
again (after years of not doing that). Where does Outlook store its data,
and how can I erase it? After I do so I'd like to import accounts and email
contacts from OE and calendar and phone contacts from my Palm/Palm Desktop
4.
Thanks.

Sue Mosher's Slipstick site can probably help you.

Outlook & Exchange/Windows Messaging Backup
and Dual-Boot:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm

Quote from Neo:

1) Close all e-mail enabled applications
2) Double click on the Mail applet in the control panel
3) Select Show profiles
4) Remove all profiles you see here
5) Exit the profile dialog and control panel
6) Start Windows Explorer
7) Go to \windows\application data\microsoft\outlook
8) remove all files that do not end with a *.pst or *.pab extension
9) Go to \windows\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook
10) remove all files that do not end with a *.pst or *.pab extension
11) Close Windows Explorer and reboot the system

At this point you are now ready to create a new Outlook profile.
