Resetting cells to zero

I have a number of iterations in a spreadsheet, with cells accumulatin
the results of each iteration. There is even a cell which counts th
number of iterations.

How do I reset the values in these cells to zero, without deleting th
formulae, so that I can restart the iterations?

Frank, I am not familiar at this stage with VBA & Macros.

I set a cell to read itself +1 e.g., the formula in Cell A1 would b
"=A1+1

to achieve this kind of accumulator you need VBA (an event
procedure). Not really possible with worksheet functions
