Windows XP Reset Windows Password

I have recently purchased a windows login password reset CD from Top Password Software, Inc.
I have tried it many times but still can't figure out why the CD can't boot for my laptop...Every time I start my computer, it directly boots from my hard disk. Maybe something is wrong with my BIOS setting?
Have anyone who ever used this product? Any advice is appreciated!

PS: my computer is DELL brand, installed Windows 7.

Hi Chris,

Sorry, I have just removed some spam from this thread and noticed that your thread didn't get a reply. Perhaps you've already solved this problem, but if not, try pressing F12 on bootup (from as soon as you see the Dell Logo). This will bring up a boot menu where you can select "Boot from CD".
