reset system to configuration before last installation?

I installed something called "zipcodec" that has loaded a spyware ap that
has taken over my whole machine. I can not get rid of it so how can i reset
my
system to the configuration prior to the install of this ap? can anyone

What part of this didn't you understand:

It is unlikely that doing a System Restore is going to remove the malware.
Certainly you can try. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System
Restore - "Restore my computer to an earlier time"

If that doesn't work, you'll have to clean it up the hard way.
