Restoring Quarantined Programs
If you have accidentally quarantined a program, you can
remove it from quarantine and restore it to its original
state.

How to restore a quarantined item

1. From the main screen, or any of the screens with the
toolbar, click Spyware Scan (this is the product icon).

2. On the top right of the screen under the Take me to...
section, select Spyware Quarantine.

3. A list of all items in your quarantine is displayed.
Select the item you would like to un-quarantine and when
the item appears in the right details window, select Un-
quarantine Threat. This restores the item to its original
state before it was quarantined.

How successfull does Microsoft Antispyware restore
quarantined programs? Most antispyware program fails to
restore quarantine program.

But if you have a specific failure, please let us know so we can fix it in
the beta ;)

I've got to say that the issue in this area (and I haven't read this thread
yet!) that bothers me the most at a distance (i.e. I haven't reproduced it
or seen it in person) are the instances where someone states that they've
quarantined objects, recovered the objects from quarantine, and that after
the next reboot, they are gone again. I sure hope that there have been
attempts to reproduce this one, including factoring System Restore into the
process, because if this is really happening--and I've seen a handful of
separate reports of it--it would be good to fix it.
